Poor response from mixtelematics

I tried to officially cancel my beame contact by adhering to the month's notice as stipulated by mixtelematics. On the 28 I sent a cancellation email I received a automated response with a reference no ***4 . I waited a few days for a formal verification none was sent. I tried phoning the cancellations department they don't answer. I sent a follow up email on the 5th December yet again just a automated ref email with ref ***6 My car is now sold with the beame unit. Mixtelematics fails to respond to any emails and calls this as become a trend as I can see from the other complaints of the same nature left on Hello Peter . As of End of December I will putting a stop payment on their account from January. If there is some personal who is willing to assist my policy number is 870736 to verify my cancellation request
