Poor poor customer service.
Poor poor customer service.
They successfully deduct my account every month( I took a screenshot showing every single month).
Yet the keep harassing me with sms's and emails saying I am 1 month behind.
I have tried calling to emailing, but they never respond.
Cancelation is another problem as they have a breakage cost, so I need to pay for future service that they didn't provide, and to make it worse, I want to cancel because of the poorest customer service
