Poor pathetic service

I had my insurance request me to have a tracker unit fitted into my vehicle and they suggested a beamie tracker one of the lower end trackers. Well "Lower End" meaning just that on two occasions they could not help me find my vehicle. Anyways long story short my contract ended over a year ago and 5 months ago I sold the vehicle. I sent many requests to have the month to month premium stopped. And they have ignored my requests and continously debited my account, i got tired and asked the bank to put a stop order they then send me a debtors email stating i will be listed in the credit burea if I do not pay the premium with interest. Really! You are behaving like common theives your units are so pathetic you fail to find a vehicle make me pay for a 24 month contract and then a further year and a half and still threaten to list me. This is my proof that i did try to cancel AGAIN and now I will take legal action if you continue to debit my account. I failed through your customer care to cancel this contract.
