Poor Customer services

Horrible experience iam going through he'll with this company 0% customer services have two vehicles with contract with them the other vehicle I longtime sold it in 2020 December I notify them to cancel the contract until now they are debiting my account even the unit has been removed and it's sitting in their offices they still take money I send email for redress they don't come back you nownits more than 2 years with contract which they refuse to cancel they are un reachable always they don't answer fone calls at all. The other vehicle the tracker after weekend doesn't get update of where the position of the car is you tell them mo answer .This company has no clue of what is the customer satisfaction not sure whether the owner knows the nightmare customers are facing.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT NONE OF FRIENDS AND COLLEUGUES SHOULDN TAKE THE SERVICES OF THIS TRACKING COMPANY
