Poor Customer Service - They are just after money!

Not happy with the service I am getting with the cancellation of the contract. Had the contract May 2021 and it's supposed to be over May 2024 but I am being told it only ends end of August and I am liable to pay R378 in 10 days or else I will be listed on the credit bureau. I have been sending emails asking to see a 39 month contract and no one comes back to but I keep getting threatening letters about the payment I must make. Now my name will be blacklisted because of someone's stupidity.

I am planning to go to their offices maybe someone will fix this for. I also see everyone who puts a review here gets a standard response, I wonder if they really get assisted.

Very disappointed with this company's service.
