Poor Customer Service
Customer service at this company is pathetic. I am trying to have a device replaced but I am getting no joy for 2 weeks. Been with Matrix for 12 years and I have now requested quotes from other tracking companies for the 1st time ever due to the pathetic customer service. I have to convince them that I have a problem. Really disappointed with Matrix.
