POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been their customer for more than 20 years.I was long due for an upgrade which I was delighted to have.So many consultants phoned setting an appointment which none of them honored. With much frustration I emailed the service provider to say cancel my membership since you are failing to deliver. They did exactly that without redeeming themselves. I am without a tracker now,waiting for matrix to apologize and install the device. I have been a loyal customer for years and that's what I got in return.
