Poor customer service

I signed up for a tracking unit to be fitted to my car yesterday. I was told that the unit will be fitted today. I took the day off for this and recieved a call from Car Sound Concepts stating that they can't do the installation today.

"swiftly as we can" doesn't give me a date n time. In the interim, whilst you're being swift, my vehicle is without a tracking unit.
