Poor customer service and disrespectful team
Terrible customer service Tried to report a ****** car around 3am, all this guy did was to make fun of me ( he said “D for Domkop) while I was saying my number plate while panicking about the whole situation and the team was laughing on the back ground. Me and my partner even took the second car to go look for the ****** car following the tracker. I’m so disappointed in them and I’m cancelling this whole thing. They don’t respect their customers.
