Poor customer service

To whom it may concern! Can I please get assisted with my Query at Telematics Matrix. It's been 3 full months now and my Issue has not been resolved.

This is draining already. Even the Agents are not Kind. They do no want to Listen TO understand, they only listen to Answer. I will never recommend Telematics Matrix to anybody. Nobody deserves such service!
