Poor Customer Service

I'm using this company for my car tracker but I have been getting runarounds just to upgrade. They do not listen they just keep transferring me back and forth. Just to upgrade imagine. It has been a nightmare since last week. They drop calls no one calls you back. They promise callback which never happens. Go to sales oh no go to billing. We don't know why sales brought you to us go to them. We don't know why billing brought you to us go back to them. Back and forth back and forth back and forth...
