Poor customer service
I wrote an email to the on 18 September to cancel the Matrix Protect service and only remain with the tracking services. I followed up with this 3 times but to this day they have not contacted me. All they keep saying when I call is that they will alert the person assigned to my case. So I am still paying for services I no longer need. I am truly disappointed in their service.
