Poor customer engagement and service

This is ine of the worst companies to get ahold off.

Simple requests ****s months. And no to little feedback when sending mails to the relvant teams to query issues.

I would state away from them. Fast to install and fast to get you on board but the after sales are non existent.

Have had an issue where they devited my account twice in one month. And still they have the nerve to say I own them money.

Like I wish I never installed their *** in my car because now if you want to cancel you pay a lekker settlement amount so you are basically *****ed.
