Poor customer care services by mixtelematics.
We have a tracking unit that’s not updating on our app and We have been trying to contact customer care But their lines are always too busy. We have been sending emails and never gotten any responses.
This incompetence reflects poor on mixtelematic. As it is imperative we are able to track our vehicles yet we do not get those services paid for.
