Poor Customer care service, clueless staff
Bad experience, I'm trying to get a report that will show my trips from 2022 June to February 2023. Their system can't give you that and the customer care can't access it. What kind of tracking company is this. Very poor service I need this for a legal case at work but I'm not getting any assistance. We pay monthly fees for nothing here. I will cancel my accounts here

Yes, the was a lady that contacted me but did not assist me with my ask or frustration.
the report that was sent to me is for the months that i can access March 2023 to date. i want from June 2022 to February 2023.
It serves no purpose emailing me data that I don't require. i am still unhappy.
