POOR AND VERY DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM BEAME!

My vehicle was ****** and reported Thursday midnight with Beame tracking device and reported. The beame recovery team could not allocate the vehicle from Friday morning until Sunday after the so called by then a "The Just the Shell was recovered" this morning 7:22am.

I have requested the consultant to instruct the recover team to wait for me on scene 45min. When reaching the area (Jabulani hostel) they said the "Shell" is I had to run around quick some time looking from the position of the scene. After some time of getting lost i called the recovery department to give the the pin point position and I was told they already left there because they have other emergencies to deal with very disrespectful. I then ask why was I not notified if they are leaving and issue me with the exact position and I was told its nothing there its just the shell!!!

I drove around the hostel i could not find the location and decided to call again!!! When calling again I was given ANOTHER address at Eldorado Park not Jabulani any more!!! Whilst shocked by that change and not to find anyone in Jabalani from the tracking company I decided to follow the map and drive to Eldos since the address of the "Shell" was sms to me!!!

On my way I decided to call again and found someone called Thobile from the tracking recovery department very unprofessional and disrespectful individual. He then instructed me to turn back to Jabulani Hostel Again and call him when im there. He directed me over the phone to the "Shell" on my airtime all the way to the scene!!!

Just lately about 17:22pm today I called the Beame office to log my complaint and found another very unprofessional and unhelpful supervisor (Paul Du Plessis) on duty. The only thing he could say without listening to the full story was to say "Apology" without even bordering in obtaining my story in full capacity and understanding but he tried protecting his subordinates by also saying they cant wait indefinite duration for me. I said but should I was late the call to notify me that they are leaving should been enough so that i can arrange my own backup security since i was going to so called high risk area!!!! When asked about why I was sent to Eldorado Park he could only say its just a "HUMAN ERROR"!!!!

Long story short Beame Tracker/ Mix Telematics is or was nothing but a disaster in dealing with my case which is ON in court and the so called "Shell" might be the evidence in court on the trial but the police station handling the case was not notified about the recovery of the "SHELL"!!!

THIS HAS LEFT ME VERY DEVASTETED AND WORKED EMOTIONALLY WHILST DEALI NG WITH THE LOSS OF MY VEHICLE!!!
