Poor and robbing business

Matrix tracking company M really disappointed and hurt I started complaining since December 2024 and their consultants not giving or resolving my matter. 1-the installed the so called Beam on both vehicles with no explanation 2-consultants promised a refund and for tracking devises to be removed on the 6 January 2025 3-they send an email confirming that My account is terminated and the devices will be removed,no date was given 4-showing that the account was terminated January there was no communication with regard payment 5-mid February they demanded money and I explained them about my issues and it will be matter will escalated to the relevant people 6-no one called to explain the how is Matter going to be solved or when m I going to be refunded for beam payments and why they terminated my account and not came to remove the the devices as I explained to them that m not happy and I can't pay for the products that i feel ****** 7-now they say I must pay and the matter is taken to legal but they are failing to address the beam refund matter and the termination issues
