I canceled my subscription on 12 July, the consultant called me to confirm the cancelation and assured me that my last debit order will be on 25 July.... Boom 25 Aug the debit order went off, when i called their contact center to enquire, I got the most disgusting treatment, the lady refused to hear me out and hang up the phone on me. I only wanted to clear my account.
