Please update my credit profile my account is up to date

Matrix does want to update my credit profile I am very frustrated with Matrix as they are unwilling to update my credit profile even though I settled my account with them last year and currently my credit profile shows that they updated it on the 23rd of January showing that I still have miss payments even though my account is up to date with them and is no other way you can get assistance from them as they hang up the calls.
