Please remove this under my name, l am drained
I have been struggling with this company regarding ***** that was opened under my name. I wrote to Hello Peter some time last year and they got back to me and promised to fix this. They sent me an email on the 21/10/2024 confirming that they cancelled and closed the account. To my surprise they again used my email (that they didn't have all along) to send me a statement that l must pay the account. I again challenged it but they ignored me. I am very drained because this is now in arrears and dented my credit profile so bad. I don't know anymore what to do now. I am exhausted because l asked them to send me whatever to prove that l am the one who opened that account but no one cares. I am saying this again, l did not open this account

I have been waiting for forever, you promised me feedback until today. I don't know what are you trying to do as l am not reversing on this issue. I need my name to cleared because l asked you to show me where did l sign this or if it was done over the phone l need the phone record. I am tired of this hide and seek. I will expose you on social media because l am drained. I am still keeping the email that was sent to me in 2024 October confirming that the problem has been resolved.
