Please pay back my money and keep your device since you not interested in installing it in my car

Very bad service this one how can I pay for a device for years yet my car doesn't even have a tracker I mean I've been emailing same complain over and over wish I could get my money back and try another company cause I'm paying for nothing all they good at is calling when they don't get the money but when I explain my problem will only be told that they will look at it
