Please be warned before signing anything with Matrix

I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with Matrix. Canceling my account/contract with them has been an endless challenge. Despite sending multiple emails, I receive no responses.

My account was handed over to Risima Holdings, which I have already settled in full. Yet, even after settling, Matrix continues to bill me and refuses to close my account.

Please be cautious and avoid any relationship with this company. They only seem to understand how to take money from clients, and once you join, you will struggle endlessly to cancel your contract.
