Please be warned about this company !!! Especially if you want to protect your credit score

I don’t like to complain but Mix Telematics/Beame has pushed me over the edge so everyone please please be wary of this company as they don’t do anything they claim to.

Firstly my 3 year contract ended with them back in April , I decided to call them and ask them to tell me where my car is . They say they couldn’t find the unit and that it must be dead so I asked what if my car was ****** then how would that help and the agent goes on to say that it is my fault as I didn’t check with them so then I decided to cancel the service.

Please note getting through to Cancellation is beyond a mission and you will just be racking up a hefty Cell phone bill. After failing to get through to anyone in cancellations I decided to send them an email to ***.

I never got a response , I decided to folllow up on said email and until today I still haven’t received a response. They then stopped debiting my account so I figured they should have cancelled without saying anything. Cool

Then I started getting harassing sms’s and emails daily to pay the account and that I’m in arrears. I once again sent them an email asking them to stop to no avail. Now they send an Email starting that they have handed the account over even though I ask them to stop debiting my account and to cancel the contract as it’s over now

Now I’m get calls from they lawyers cause they don’t know how to accept that they have failed in the duties required of them.

So I urge everyone that if they don’t want a negative rating on your credit score or if you want a product that actually works then please stay clear of Mix Telematics and rather focus on the other more self respecting and. Efficient car tracking companies
