Pensioner is ignored who wish to cancell his contract.

As the company I worked for closed two years ago, my financial situation is at a all time low and we have had to cut back on our expenses. I have asked MiX Telematics Africa via email, sms's and per telephone to cancell my contract, but they keep on ignoring me. I even had their business centre call me back and told them that I wish to cancell my contract. No feedback at all. MiX Telematics Africa are pathic and doný want to help pensioners.
