Payment query
Morning, yesterday i got sms that my account is in arrears while i paid cash on the 10th August 2023. What surprises me is that i arranged debit order for the 1st of every month but it didnt go through again. I have emailed proof of payment for the 10th August to customercare and debtors emails REF NO: ***6.
CAN I GET FEEDBACK T CONFIRM IF PAYMENT IS BEEN UPDATED AND SHOULD I CONTINUE WITH CASH OR IT WILL BE DEBITED IN FUTURE TENSES
