Payment Expected After Cancelation / Double Billed on Unknown second account
I was contacted to enhance my tracker and the next thing I was double billed and an added account opened without my permission. I requested cancelation but instead got threatened with emails and daily SMSs demanding payments after they confirmed that my services are terminated. The account department does not know how to reconcile accounts and nobody will assist when you call instead you will be sent from pillar to post. I have now involved my attorneys to step in as they have sent me a letter of demand without fixing errors on their side.
I will be writing a formal complaint to the Ombudsman and warn people to never allow this company to offer them any tracking device services, it's a MESS.

You have listed me and my credit profile shows that I am in arears, what have you done about the letter of demand you sent me? What have you done about the number of SMSs I receive daily to make payment after you double billed me and why was a second account opened without my permission???
I asked for cancelation and instead you sent my account to your collections department who are now harassing me daily with emails, you sent an email confirming that my services are terminated so why must I pay you and why is this account still active?
I want an email confirmation and a letter confirming that my account is closed, that I don't owe anything to you and that my credit is cleared for outstanding and the letter of demand is canceled.
The CEO of this company must step in because the entire account department does not know what they are doing with our funds, it's RIDICULOUS!
