PAYMENT ALLOCATION-WORST SERVICE EVER
I keep on getting messages my account is overdue just to find out my payment made in February 2024 via ozow is still not allocated. I have sent proof and statements numerous and they keep on saying its being reffered for allocation. I am sick and tired of this. SIMPLE ALLOCATION CANT TAKE TWO MONTHS. IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED I WILL REPORT IT TO THE COMPANY'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
