Paying for something that's not working

Good day<br> I had the MX 2 installed in the year 2013 and have always paid my premium every month. I went to town yesterday and i needed roadside assistance and i pressed the panic button and to my dismay, i received no call from Matrix. What if i was in a life threatening situation and i received no call or responce from Matrix? I called the Call Centre immediately and was told that I need to buy a battery for the panic button like really?????? Am I suposed to sence that the battery is dead?? This is the worst service i have ever received and I will take my money and go to another better tracking company. No wonder Matrix has so many complaints as we are just being ********** and paying for NO PROTECTION at all and Matrix is sitting there quietly debitting and eating our monies whilst we sit with panic buttons that are not working. This makes me wonder if the unit is in working condition??????next thing my car will be ****** and i will be told that my car cant be tracked as the units battery also died......i am seriously livid!!!!!

We have been trying to get hold of you with no luck. I like to confirm that arrangement for a new remote have been made this is your reference number ***5. I also like to clarify that an MX2 dives does not have Road Side Assist
