Paying for something that does not work and a service that does not exist

!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!So after being with them for 1 year I unfortunately had a incident whereby I needed to press my panic button that was given to me with the tracking unit 90mins later nobody phoned me I then enquired on my on and contacted them. I was sent from pillar to post, kept on hold and even had to phone go dead in my ear, 10 Phone calls later and the manager just says its a 48 hour turn around time to get my remote, nobody activated or logged a query, they are very very unreliable , I can get better service with a tracker from takealot I even informed my insurance that this company is just here to take your money. My tracking device and panic never worked and I paid it for more than a year before realising it is a massive ****.
