Paying for services that are being suspended.
Good day,
I am a former matrix customer, I had a financial problems, I failed to pay them for 3 months, consecutively then they suspended their services, and they even call me to make me aware that they are suspending my services, and I agreed because I had financial problems, their suspension came with conditions, therefore to my surprise they kept charging me every month since last year even after they have suspended their service, instead of me owing them the 3 months instalment which I know of, they want me to pay for all the months they have been charging me for the suspended services. I’m willing to pay them for that 3 months and part ways with them, but their forcing me to pay for the months they charged me while their services where long time suspended.
