Paying for service we never received!

Wish i could give this zero stars, we are paying for a package and the security button hasnt been given to us since 2023! we have called, had case's escalated and no assistance can be offered yet since 2023 they have been gladly taking our money! what a waste of time the call centre agents are, you call the sales department and get through to someone instantaneously without having to listen to the ********** music, but any other department, your ears are ringing with the music for a good 15 to 30minutes and we should constantly call
