Paying for nothing!!!!
How can you make a customer pay for the last 9 years knowing that after 3 years your tracker is old and most probably wont work anymore. Then your Sales team calls me to sell me a new product only to find out the one I've been paying for hasn't been working!!! Then Im told its up to me make sure its working... I PAY YOU every month to make sure its working and then you have the audacity to increase my premium on a tracker thats NOT WORKING!!!
