Paying for a service that I’m not recieving
I reported that my panic button doesn’t seem to work and Matrix insisted that they recieve the alert and attempt to call me which is lies, they only call for a geo alert, I have escalated this and no one assisted me when I call back to escalate the issue I hold on for long
