Paying for a device that does not work. ****************
The worst tracking company ever. You would pay for a device that is not working for months/years. I really was ****** by this company. They are not even able to give me the specifics of when last was this device active.
Their cancellation process is very bad and takes 30 days. This seems ******* as they can easily sign you up in a day. You should be able to cancel just as quickly.
Call centers take forever to get through.
