Since it looks like social media is the only effective way to get prompt response, I again point out that while my bank statement reflects a monthly deduction of ZAR 106 i.e. Feb - Dec 2014 @ 106 = 1166 ( I got January 2015 reversed when I discovered this) . However, I see an amount of ZAR 979.39 reflects as refund following my complaint on this site. There are no grounds for commission or admin costs here as this was an ******* deduction in the first place. Please pay up to the last cent.
