Pathetic***1 service/No Service for R215.80pm
NOW I HAVE HAD IT WITH MATRIX! THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT CAUSE OF 80C I WAS IN ARREARS AND ON THE 15TH OF JANUARY 2020 I MADE A PAYMENT OF R50 TO MATRIX! TODAY THE 26 OF JANUARY 2020 MY ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED AGAIN FOR THE 80C STILL SHOWING IM IN ARREARS EVEN AFTER PAYING R50 ON THE 15TH
I WILL BE POSTING THIS ON HELO PETER AND WILL BE SWITCHING TO ANOTHER VEHICLE TRACKING COMPANY WHO WILL GIVE ME A SERVICE WHAT I PAY FOR! I DON'T CARE IF MY CONTRACT EXPIRES ONLY 2021! I WONT TAKE A RISK LEAVING MY TAXI AT RISK IN MATRIX PATHETIC SERVICE!
YOU ARE A UN RELIABLE VEHICLE TRACKING COMPANY! HOPE YOUR DOORS CLOSE SOON! PEOPLE WASTING MONEY ON MATRIX AND MATRIX JUST STEELING FROM THE PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY CAN LEAVE THEIR VALUABLES IN A TRUSTING COMPANY THAT ARE NOT WORTH TRUSTING !!!

ASAP! Im not leaving this pathetic NO Customer Service like this!! I will be taking action against my account being suspended for no reason! False accusations been made saying im in arrears!

This is in writing! And will keep all emails as prove of useless service from matrix!
I am waiting for feedback today still from management on all my queries that i have lodge and never ever gets resolved!
Should this not get sorted out to my standards because matrix broke breach of contract! I will terminate my contract with no settling amounts outstanding!
I dont get invoices from your useless app
You app doesnt work cant log in
You app doesn notify any movement of my vehicle
You app doesnt notify when the battery gets disconnected!
I never get feed back on any queries!
App gets blocked for 80c arrears after i paid R50??????????

The person who received payments in September 2019 couldnt allocate the payment of who made the payment! But i have being using same bank and payment method since i joined matrix! I am still not happy! I want u to send your technicians to take out your tracker out of my taxi! Dont expect a settling amount! I get no service from you after paying my full installment every month, you app doesnt work! And you were in breach of contract for blocking my app since the 65th of January 2020, i couldn't track my vehicle in that time frame while it was in some one elses use!lost trust in matrix, will use another company instead who i can strust looking out for me as a customer and my taxi!
