Pathetic, unresponsive, uncaring company!

I sold my car in December last year. I informed Beame and paid a cancellation fee. They are still billing me for the car!

I tried calling them over 20 times. They put me on hold for long, then disconnect the call. I tried emailing their customer care division and cancellations division. All I get are case numbers from a no reply email address. I am at my wits end! This is the most frustrating, and useless company I have ever dealt with in terms of customer care!! I ever so regret dealing with them. If I get no assistance soon, I am going to cancel my debit order and not pay them any cancellation charges for my other vehicles!
