Pathetic service!!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MIX TELEMATICS TRACKER

The reason I took was sold on Beame tracker was because I didn’t want a 36months fixed contract offered by other vehicle tracking companies. They advertised themselves as “flexible” and that they are not a fixed contract but rather a month to month contract. A load of BS,please don’t be sold on that ****.

I signed up with them, 2 months or so later I sent an email requesting cancellation,which was not acknowledged for about 2months and they were still debiting my account, then eventually decided to send me a “settlement statement “ with a charge of over 1000? I thought they were kidding because nowhere did they say anything about cancellation fees when I signed up.

I got busy with life not resolving this with them,until i started receiving calls from some collections agency for that account. I phoned them and the agent was very nonchalant about the whole thing saying it’s “terms and conditions, there’s nothing we can do about it”. First of all this “TERMS AND CONDITIONS “ where never emailed to me. She said there was a “welcome call” that I received which should’ve explained all that and so I requested tht she sent me the call so I can hear what was said on the call because i dont even remember the call she changed her statement now suddenly there is no call???

What ****es me off right now is that that collection agency offered a discount on the amount “owed” and I decided to just pay it off but they came back saying I didn’t pay in the agreed date and therefore the discount fell off which is also Bs bcoz few days after payment they sent another sms about discount.

Seriously!!! Can someone please look into this because I don’t appreciate you tarnishing my itc for a silly”debt”
