Pathetic service - Rude Sales Reps who don't know their product.

I got a phone call from one of the Reps at Matrix Tracker, as i was looking into getting a tracker unit for my car, she gave me hardly any information about the project, then asks me if ill be available on Tuesday for the guys to come and see me, i then asked what they want to come and see me for and she says well they need to install the tracker unit, i then asked her, what makes you assume that im taking this product as i hardly know anything about it, and she slams the phone in my ear, the reps are very rude an unprofessional, they can barely give you any information about the project and just assume you taking it. I would not trust this company to look out for my vehicle as they have some unprofessional people working for them. Definitely going to take my business else where, and ill advise the people around me not to even consider your brand.
