Pathetic service, pathetic company. Never use them!!!
I’ve been requesting a cancellation of my units since April, to this date you guys keep invoicing me for units I no longer have and use. I’ve called and called and called, so have I sent multiple emails but no one has the time to get back to me attend to my issue instead all you know is to invoice me and send me threatening sms’s about listing me on credit bureau.
Please urgently cancel and update this account as I don’t owe you a cent or I’ll escalate this to the Ombudsman.
