Pathetic service no one available
I don't understand how this can be a vehicle tracking company when the phones are never answered and e mails not responded to I have been trying to get hold of Matrix for 2 weeks and have sent multiple e mails without response I have sent through cancelation but I am still being billed I need assistance urgently please
