Pathetic Service from Mix Telematics

I had a Beame tracker installed on my car as required by my Insurance. I called mix telematics to cancel my contract and their lines go unanswered. I also sent a cancelation email over 5 months ago and still no response and my bill keeps on increasing. The annoying part is all other department take calls and when I get transferred to the cancelation department the phone rings forever and cuts unanswered.
