Pathetic Service from Matrix
Firstly the company was not aware of the tracker been outdated, until I called in to find out why were we not receiving any calls when the alarm went off. I was then told they will come in and change all the devices to the updated tracker. <br> Secondly I called in for matrix to remove one of the device as the vehicle was getting sold and then they arranged for an outsource company to come out, arrangement was made for 12:00 and then arranged for 14:00 only to find no one came out at all. I had called the call sent and was put from pillar to post and then I was given the outsource company details and number and the manager in charge said they will be here at 15:30 and no one appeared again I foned and complained to date nothing was done I had to sell the car in which the tracker is still installed and no one has come out. I even requested for cancellation of the devices on all my vehicles and they now want to charge me +/-R27000.00 to cancel. The service is pathetic.
