Pathetic service for canceling
I have been sending emails requesting for a cancelation for ine of my contract and still nothing has been done. First email was sent on the 15th August 2022 with reference ***7, second email sent on the 23rd August 2022 with reference ***9 and the third email sent on the 19th September 2022 with reference ***9. Matrix doesn't even deserve that one star I rated.
Please cancel that policy otherwise I don't mind reversing your debit order
