Pathetic Service 😡

Good day

I am so disappointed on the level of service I have received.. On the 8th of February I called the call center and requested to remove my banking details from the system so that I can make cash deposits ( like I’ve been doing for the past 3 years ).. the lady I spoke to said someone will call me within 24hours.. NO ONE called me..

On the 10th I called AGAIN for the SAME request and spoke to Simon who “promised” to call me back on the 11th before 12pm with feedback..I didn’t receive any call from Simon .. On the 14th I called the call center AGAIN and requested for a call back from Simon before the end of the day ..I STILL didn’t receive any feedback from Simon.. On the 15th of February I sent a complaint via website and I STILL haven’t received any feedback..

On the 17th of February I sent an email to *** and I STILL haven’t received any feedback..

What must I do to get a decent service?? How many times must I call in for my request to be completed .. Every time I make these calls I am on hold for more than 10 mins because of high call volumes.. TODAY IS THE 15th DAY SINCE MY INITIAL REQUEST ..I have sent emails ,called the call center But STILL no feedback!!!
