Pathetic service and non refund Beamie

This is the most pathetic service and after-service I have ever received from a company. I cancelled Beamie in Aug 2019 due to selling my vehicle. I have not yet received any positive feedback from anyone at this pathetic company regarding my refund as they deduct their amount every month still from Aug last year. On 3 Feb 2020 I have received a call from them after posting a complain on their website ,and I explained the whole situation to them AGAIN and also asked for refund, and requested them after refund to install a tracker to my new vehicle and then I will again support them. Since 3 Feb I have had no feedback yet again. We are today at 30 May 2020, 4 months later .........
