Pathetic service and communication
I have canceled my account due to not responding to my installation request. This was in June that my account was canceled with the so called service bot. I have been receiving emails for not paying! Alice called me at 10h24 today after numerous emails send to the company. The miscommunication continues 4 months later!

25 Oct 2023, 12:45Thanks for your reply. Proof of bank account and deductions from your company has been sent. Cancelation was 1 month which was suppose to end Aug as you took Jul, Aug and September month. I also asked for the original contract signed by myself from your company which I did not receive.
