Pathetic service

Matrix is the worst company to have to provide security for your vehicle. My debit order have been going off and they sent emails saying I have not paid. I even spoke to accounts people and they never investigate and respond to my mail. If they cannot solve a simple problem by checking their bank balances to see customers are paying then how can they be re**** upon to protect our vehicles.
