Pathetic service

I phoned in November 2021. After my next payment was due and asked for the exact amount to pay. I then settled as I told the guy I'm canceling. I don't want to be phoned again afterwards and get told I owe as I will not pay. He advised that I email my cancelation through which I done on 30 November. I received an email stating they had received the email. They only bothered to read the email 13 December and therefore charged me for January. I phoned and complained. The lady on the phone said I must send proof of payment etc to her. I did and I have still heard nothing other than getting harassed multiple times a day by MBD debt collectors. The day a person cancels should be taken into account. Not when the staff only bother to do their job. Absolutely pathetic service. They have spent more than R99. 41 trying to recover it.
