Also known as Mix Telematics, I sent them a cancellation on the 1st of January, I acknowledge this a public holiday, I receive a response today stating that they only received it today (17 days later) and that cancellation will occur on the 18th of February. My reason for cancelling is that the unit on my vehicle has been non functional for who know how long, they did not contact me to inform me of such but still persisted with the monthly debit order. You can take the one month extra, will not deal with you guys ever again
